Refund policy

We have a 20-day return policy for Waist Trainers Only, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached, and item must be  returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup and deodorant.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@wrapandtuck. com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Shapewear and panty Shapewear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Helpful Hint: WrapandTuck is not responsible for returns until they reach our physical address. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, WrapandTuck will not issue store credit for your returns.
